She is highly skilled at what she does and manages the whole process with sensitivity and professionalism. I didn’t know where to even begin and Katie guided me through finding 2 wigs that really worked for me. I visited her private salon space with a friend and we had quite a fun morning trying on options that she had ordered in specially, based on our previous video call. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wigs and how closely she was able to match my real hair – to the point that in a photo you couldn’t tell the difference. All in all, a great service that helped me manage something that could have been quite traumatic, but turned out to be very pleasant.

I had an appointment with Katie last Wednesday for a new wig fitting. The one that I have worn for years have now been discontinued so I thought it was time for a new style and colour. Katie could not have been more understanding and gave me really good and encouraging advice. I would have never have chosen the wig I ended up with without her tireless help. When I started losing my hair with Chemotherapy I did not realise how much it would affect me (I thought that would be the least of my worries). Just been for my first wig consultation and I am so pleased with the service. Katie was very attentive and took the time to make me feel at ease before discussing my wig preferences. A great range of products discussed and tried on and I now fully understand the different types of wigs and have many ideas about the vest fixing products. Set in a beautiful location at Binswood Hall with friendly staff I will be visiting again soon.
